Office functions, reception, needs analysis, document collection, authorisations, case management and confidentiality.

IRPEF fundamentals, Form 730, an introduction to the individual income tax return, income certificates, deductions and practical exercises.

DSU declarations, households, income, assets, documentation and common cases.

Since 2015, skills that become a profession.
Founded in 2015, ANAS Milano is an established provider of professional training and CAF and Patronato services in Lombardy. Our school turns knowledge into operational skills, guiding every participant from training to professional practice.
With over 700 students trained and more than 100 CAF offices launched by our students with our support, we combine preparation, field experience and access to a structured service network. Our CAF and Patronato operator course is part of this practical project and has made us a reference point for operator training.
